Andrew Tate Faces Lawsuit Over Dubai Trap and Travel Ban Claims by Ex-Girlfriend

Allegations of Misconduct in Dubai

Brianna Stern has accused Andrew Tate of orchestrating a six-week entrapment in Dubai following false allegations that led to her being placed under a travel ban. According to court documents, Tate filed a police report in June accusing Stern of posting defamatory content about him online. This allegation falls under UAE law, where an active investigation can prohibit an individual from leaving the country.

Stern arrived in Dubai on September 27 for work, experiencing no issues until October 12, when she attempted to return home. At the airport, authorities informed her of the travel ban and presented what they claimed were tweets authored by her denigrating Tate. Stern insists that these posts were fake.

Life Under Constraint

Following the airport incident, Stern revealed that her situation drastically changed. In the legal filings, she reported that local police confiscated her phone and subjected her to repeated questioning over the course of six weeks. Unable to return to the United States, she sought assistance from the U.S. Embassy, only to be informed that they could not intervene.

During this troubling period, Stern began receiving threatening messages on social media. Some users reportedly warned her that “Tate will get you,” which she believes came from his supporters.

Restraining Orders and Legal Actions

Stern’s anxiety intensified upon learning that Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, had arrived in Dubai while she was confined. Having already obtained a restraining order against Tate in the U.S., Stern was legally protected from any form of contact for three years. If Tate was involved in any of the threats she experienced, it would constitute a violation of this order.

The updated lawsuit, filed by Stern’s attorney, adds allegations of false imprisonment and emotional distress to her previous claims against Tate, which already included charges of sexual assault.

Return to the United States

Stern did not specify the exact circumstances surrounding her eventual exit from Dubai, noting only that she was able to return to Los Angeles around November 21. This harrowing experience has raised significant concerns regarding personal safety and legal protection for individuals facing similar situations.
