Prize Money and Competitor Categories

This year’s championships will see boxers compete across 13 weight categories, starting from the minimum weight (48kg) up to super heavyweight (+92kg). Notable titleholders from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are among the contenders planning to defend their championship titles. A significant investment has been made by the IBA to ensure the success of this event, with a total prize pool of 8.32 million USD available for participants.

Winners in each category will receive substantial cash prizes: 300,000 USD for gold medalists, 150,000 USD for silver medalists, and 75,000 USD for bronze medalists. The quarter-finalists will secure 10,000 USD each. It is important to note that the prize money will be distributed among boxers, their coaches, and their respective National Federations, with 50% allocated to the boxers, 25% to coaches, and the final 25% supporting the federations.
