She remarked, “All the clothes fit and some even have to be pinned because they are big. She stated, “I feel so much better health-wise. My back’s improved, I’ve got more energy. And confidence-wise, of course it helps.”

Despite her success, Nolan emphasized that her journey is not about achieving perfection. She clarified, “I don’t want to lose any more weight – I’m happy. It’s about maintaining now and having a healthy relationship with food and with myself.” The support from Voy has been instrumental in her journey, providing her with 24/7 assistance.

Following a breakup with her last boyfriend in late 2024, Nolan has taken time to focus on herself. Nolan acknowledged that dating in her sixties presents unique challenges. She noted that much of the attention she receives comes from younger men, which she finds perplexing. “A lot of the attention I get is from younger men sliding into my Instagram DMs, and I think, ‘Why? What could you possibly want with me?’” She has set a personal rule to avoid dating anyone significantly younger than herself.
