Netflix’s hit series Beef is officially returning for a second season, with an exciting new cast including Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton, and Cailee Spaeny. The announcement puts an end to rumors, confirming the continuation of the critically acclaimed show.
The new season will feature a storyline centered around a young couple who witness a fight between their boss and his wife, unraveling a series of manipulations and coercive actions in the elitist world of a country club owned by a Korean billionaire.
With eight 30-minute episodes, Beef season two will bring back Lee Sung Jin as creator, showrunner, and executive producer, alongside returning producers Steven Yeun, Ali Wong, and Jake Schreier. A24 continues to be the studio behind the project.
