Jaeger-LeCoultre Strengthens Presence in Miami with Exclusive Reverso Stories Pop-Up Exhibition

Jaeger-LeCoultre is set to enhance its footprint in the luxury market with the introduction of the Reverso Stories pop-up exhibition in the Miami Design District. This event, scheduled from May 21 to May 31, 2026, marks the first time this immersive experience will be held in Miami, following its successful run in New York.

A Celebration of Craftsmanship and Design

The Reverso, a hallmark of watchmaking, has stood at the intersection of art, architecture, and horology since its inception over 90 years ago. The Reverso Stories exhibition will showcase this iconic timepiece through four distinct chapters: Story of an Icon, Story of Design, Story of Innovation, and Story of Craftsmanship. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore rarely seen archival pieces, contemporary high-jewelry creations, and highlights from current collections, including the Reverso Hybris Mechanica Caliber 185, which features four dials.

The exhibition aims to serve as both a retrospective and a tribute to the enduring legacy of the Reverso. Attendees can also expect the unveiling of new models and a live demonstration of the decorative art of perlage, providing a unique insight into the watchmaking process.

Cultural Collaborations

The Miami edition of the Reverso Stories exhibition is particularly notable for its cultural collaborations under Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Made of Makers program. This initiative seeks to bridge classical arts with creators from various disciplines outside of watchmaking.

Webcomic designer Olivecoat has crafted an archive-inspired webcomic that reinterprets the history of the Reverso through a contemporary lens. Digital media artist Yiyun Kang will present “Origin,” a large-scale 3D video sculpture that draws inspiration from the Golden Ratio inherent in the Reverso’s design. Additionally, acclaimed pastry chef Nina Métayer will introduce a culinary tribute at the 1931 Café, featuring a gourmet smoothie called “Splendeur Tropicale,” which reflects the vibrant essence of Miami.

Venue and Accessibility

The Reverso Stories pop-up will take place at Sweet Bird North, located at 95 NE 40th Street in the Miami Design District. The exhibition will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. Admission is free, and guided tours lasting approximately 30 minutes will be available. Visitors can book tours in advance or register upon arrival.

Future Developments

In addition to the pop-up exhibition, Jaeger-LeCoultre is preparing to open a new boutique in the Miami Design District in the summer of 2026. Until then, the brand will host clients and visitors at a dedicated lounge named The Salon, located at The Moore Miami, 4040 NE 2nd Avenue, on the second floor. This space is designed for private consultations with the Maison’s experts and will host exclusive appointments and special events.

The Reverso Stories pop-up is part of a broader trend, as Miami increasingly establishes itself as a cultural hub for the watch community. The city has gained attention from numerous watch brands, particularly following the inaugural Miami Watch Summit held last year.

As reported by hauteliving.com, the Reverso Stories exhibition promises to be a significant event for both locals and tourists, offering a deep dive into the world of Jaeger-LeCoultre.
