The development will cover an expansive 1.2 million square feet of gross floor area (GFA), featuring both hotel and residential elements. Piling work is projected to wrap up by April 2026, leading to the transition into the main construction phase. This project stands as a flagship undertaking within Ardee’s broader 5.6 million GFA vision for Al Marjan Island.

Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island and Fairmont Al Marjan Island Hotel will establish a new standard in design and lifestyle.
