Dubai Gears Up for 4-Day Eid Al Etihad Weekend with Fireworks, Free Concerts, and Exclusive Discounts
Dubai is preparing for an exciting celebration as the 54th Eid Al Etihad holiday approaches, set for December 1 and 2. Residents will enjoy a four-day weekend filled with vibrant festivities, shopping opportunities, and cultural experiences. The city will come alive from December 1 to 3, showcasing dazzling fireworks, live concerts, parades, and exclusive promotions.
Eid Al Etihad Parade
The annual Eid Al Etihad parade will take place on December 1 at 4 PM in City Walk. This iconic event, organized in collaboration with Dubai Police, will feature over 1,000 participants, including members of the police force, KHDA students, and representatives from various government entities. Spectators can expect a stunning display of magnificent horses and traditional Emirati performances.
Fireworks Throughout the Holiday
Dubai’s skyline will be illuminated with spectacular fireworks on December 2. The displays will begin at Dubai Festival City Mall and Hatta at 8 PM, followed by shows at Souk Al Seef, Bluewaters, and The Beach, JBR at 9 PM. Additionally, Global Village will host fireworks and synchronized drone shows every night from December 1 to 3 at 9 PM.
Live Entertainment
This year, Dubai will elevate its entertainment offerings with a lineup of renowned artists and captivating performances. Emirati superstar Balqees will headline a concert at Festival Bay, Dubai Festival City Mall, on December 2. The entertainment scene will also feature Al Wasl Season at Al Wasl Plaza, Expo City Dubai, running until May 2026, along with two nights of the popular Kuwaiti comedy “Ayal Iblees” at Dubai Opera on December 1 and 2.

Cultural performances and parades will take place across more than 20 locations in Dubai, showcasing authentic Emirati traditions, including Al Ayala, Al Harbia, Yola, and Liwa. City Centre Mirdif will celebrate from November 28 to December 3 with fashion showcases, interactive workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Guests can participate in hands-on activities such as tote bag customization, live pottery demonstrations, and daily cultural performances, alongside creative workshops like Hand-Building Pottery and Threads of Tradition.
Ibn Battuta Mall
Ibn Battuta Mall will celebrate UAE culture through art, poetry, and music from December 1 to 3 under the theme “Expressions with Art.” The event will feature interactive digital zones, live performances, and family workshops.

Dubai’s hotels and attractions will offer exclusive deals and activities throughout the long weekend. The Dubai Frame will be illuminated in the colors of the UAE flag and host traditional cultural performances on December 2 and 3. Children’s City will welcome young guests for traditional crafts, theater workshops, and culinary experiences on December 2 and 3. Mushrif Park will feature military band performances and horse shows on the same dates.
Visitors to Global Village can enjoy a packed weekend with ten creative cultural installations from November 25 to December 4, live cultural performances, a concert by Khalid Mohammed on December 1, and nightly fireworks and synchronized drone shows from December 1 to 3.
Leading hotels across Dubai will provide special stay packages, themed decorations, and family-friendly promotions to enhance the long weekend experience.
