This durability is crucial for users who carry their drives in less-than-ideal conditions.
While premium flash drives offer various advantages, they should not replace proper backup solutions. For users needing a USB drive for occasional document transfers or file installations, a good, inexpensive USB 3.x drive may suffice. However, for those willing to invest in high capacity and sustained speed, comparing prices with top portable SSDs is advisable, as external SSDs often provide better performance for regularly transferring large amounts of data or serving as permanent storage solutions.
