Al Daayen recorded 11 transactions (9.6%), and both Al Wakrah and Umm Salal noted eight transactions each (7%). Al Shamal saw two transactions (1.7%), while Al Khor and Al Thakhira recorded one transaction (0.9%).
By value, Doha topped the list with mortgage transactions amounting to QR2,299,440,944 ($631.7 million), whereas Al Khor and Al Thakhira had the lowest mortgage value, recorded at QR2,437,000 ($669,000). Notably, the top ten mortgage transactions represented 80% of the total mortgage value for the month.
Residential Transactions and Market Outlook
Residential unit transactions showed slight increases, with 160 transactions valued at QR235,599,566 ($64.7 million). The Ministry of Justice confirmed that data indicated continued growth across investment and commercial segments in the sector.
