Participants in this program will showcase their ventures at the fourth edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, scheduled to take place from January 9 to 11, 2026, at multiple venues in Dubai. Next Phase: Evaluating Potential
Of the initial 1,131 applicants, 609 have met the criteria for the next phase, including 347 content creators from countries such as India, Egypt, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Syria. The accelerator has also attracted 262 applications from digital startups and business platforms, narrowing down to 20 participants who will be chosen for the inaugural cohort.
A specialized team of venture capitalists and digital media experts will evaluate these projects based on several factors, including innovation, social impact, execution capabilities, and scalability. This assessment aims to ensure that selected ventures possess the potential for long-term growth and sustainability.
Intensive Training and Funding Opportunities
The selected participants will embark on a rigorous 10-week training program, which combines expertise from the venture capital firm with a focus on the creator economy.
During the initial phase, 20 participants will present their ideas publicly, leading to a selection process where 10 will advance to the semi-final round. Ultimately, three finalists will be chosen to present their proposals on the closing day of the summit. The winners will receive not only an investment opportunity but also funding up to AED 50 million ($13.6 million) from Creators HQ and other notable industry investors.
